your thinking. The course will consist of 2 days of dedicated transformation program
that will introduce you to the tools that are required to strategize your life.

Master the art of strategizing your Life
Advance Course will guide you to a deeper understanding of the power of your mind. The
strategies taught in this course will help you to create your own tools to solve your
problems. The 2 day program will make you self-sufficient to be your own expert advisor.
- Advance Course can be attended only after the completion of the foundation course
- Minimum 6 months hiatus is required to join the advance course after the completion
of foundation course

phones. Research proves that overuse of social media leads to stress, depression, feel
unwanted, detached from the family which adversely affects the mental & physical health
of an individual thereby leading to a sad, unhappy & unhealthy life.
With such immense use of mobile device & other electronic gadgets, it’s not far when
people’s obsession with mobile phones will be considered a serious mental
illness.
Understanding this apocalypse, we started JIGAR
Joint Initiative for Growth And Reintegration
JIGAR is a 4 months training program where families will be taken to our outdoor centre
and introduce them to a world outside their smartphones.
This 4 months training program will consist of -
- 2 days of outdoor training (family building activities, individual & group tasks,
counselling sessions, child psychology session for parents)
- A dedicated trainer will be appointed to monitor every task given to the family
members
- 3-4 counselling sessions will be conducted
